Shipping policy
We would like to express our gratitude for choosing BrookPad. As part of our commitment to providing high-quality products and services, we have established the following terms and conditions for our Shipping policy for all BrookPad sold products.
Shipment processing time
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the event that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in the shipment of your order. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
Please allow for additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipping provider
We partner with logistics companies such as DPD, DHL, Amazon Logistic, or local post to facilitate delivery of our products. The selection of the logistics company used is dependent on the product ordered and the region it is being shipped to.
By placing an order for shipping services, you acknowledge that the shipping is being ordered on your behalf as the recipient and that you accept the terms and conditions of the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for the performance of shipping services by the carrier. You have the right to hold the carrier liable for any issues or concerns regarding the provision of shipping services in accordance with the carrier's terms and conditions.
Shipment cost & estimated delivery time
The following table provides the default shipping costs and estimated delivery times for BrookPad brand products. Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the expected delivery time is as shown in the table below.
Shipping insurance
Standard delivery comes with insurance coverage against potential loss or damage of parcels during transit. In the event that your parcel is damaged, we kindly request that you promptly create a parcel damage report, inform both us and the shipping provider of the incident, and forward the report to us.
You may choose to submit a claim directly to the shipping provider, or we can assist you in doing so. Please note that a replacement or refund will only be issued upon successful investigation of the submitted claim for lost or damaged parcels by the shipping provider.
Please be advised that economical delivery does not come with insurance coverage, and as such, customers bear all risks in the event of lost or damaged parcels.
Parcel damage report
We kindly ask that you do not sign the parcel receipt until you have thoroughly inspected it for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the parcel, please request that the driver wait while you open and check the products. In the event that any damage is detected, please make a detailed report of the damage, including any components that were affected during shipping.
Please note that the receiving person is responsible for requesting the carrier to inspect any damaged goods and packaging that was damaged during shipping. We recommend that this formal request be made immediately upon discovering any loss or damage, and no later than 24 hours after receiving the parcel. We also recommend keeping a copy of your request letter and writing up your findings in a report. If possible, please take photos to confirm your inspection report.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After your order has been shipped or processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s), if available, for standard delivery. Please note that the tracking number may take up to 24-72 hours to become active. However, please be aware that economical delivery may not include tracking numbers.
Pre-order shipping
When an item is ordered as a pre-order, it will be sourced directly from the manufacturer and shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. The expected sourcing time for pre-orders is typically between 15 and 150 days. If a product is available for pre-order, there will be additional information indicated in the cart, such as "Pre-order."
Please note that due to lower stocking costs and direct sourcing, additional pre-order discounts may be included in the product price. Thank you for choosing our products and services. If you have any further questions or concerns about pre-orders, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging their item. If a product is returned or exchanged, it must be sent to the Authorized Service Center. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, if a product was shipped, please provide us with a signed proof of delivery to confirm the identity of the returned parcel.
International shipping policy
We are pleased to offer shipping to a variety of countries worldwide, including but not limited to: the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Canada, United States, Australia, and India. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
