You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item. If you return or exchange your product, you should mail your product back to Authorized Service Center. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, any customs duty or other costs that could arise due to shipping from outside of the European Union should be covered by customers, if they arise. If product was shipped without use of return label that we have provided, please provide signed prove of delivery to identify your returned parcel. If you receive a refund, the eventual cost of return shipping, customs duty, return label that we have provided or other costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping something expensive, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
